Hello P-L,

Just out of curiosity, what version of TeamLook did you install?  Did you have an older version installed previously?

Thanks,
~Joe

This is very strange - We have not seen this exception before.

I am going to have to get our lead developer involved here to help you further.  If you could please email support@teamsystemsolutions.com, we'll be able to get this moved to our development team for further investigation.

Thanks,
~Joe

This problem happens because Outlook tries to load wrong .NET Framework version for TeamLook.

Here what I believe should fix the problem.

1) Unistall TeamLook

2) Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VSTO\SolutionMetadata in registry. If you have any records with addInName: TeamLook there you should delete all of them.

Also if you have a record without addInName and with PrefererredClr: v2.0.50727, you should delete it as well

3) Try installing TeamLook again

Let me know if you have any questions or if it doesn't work for some reason.

Thanks,

Victor
